core class types

YogaHIIT

Fast-paced, room temperature and HEATED (sometimes)

If yoga and pilates had a baby, this would be it. A low-impact, high intensity balanced blend of yoga and pilates, designed to build strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility.  Expect mindful breathing, thoughtful incorporation of special props and weights, and deep stretching with core-focused movements for a full-body workout that leaves you energized and centered.

Fire Flow

Fast-paced, room temperature and HEATED (sometimes)

A high-energy vinyasa class that emphasizes strength, stamina, and endurance of the body and mind. Expect a faster pace, challenging transitions, and flowing free. A class that takes you to your edge while cultivating focus and resilience. Perfect for those who love to sweat and move with intensity. This is yoga turned all the way up, leaving you with that “I can conquer the world” feeling.

Vinyasa

Medium-paced, room temperature and HEATED (sometimes)

A flowing, breath-to-movement practice that links poses into creative sequences. This class builds strength, balance, and flexibility while encouraging mindfulness. Every class is a little different, a little creative, and just the right mix of challenge and chill to keep you coming back for more. Expect changing themes and intentionally designed classes to help you expand and deepen your core practice.

Set Flow

Medium-paced, room temperature

For those days when you just want to know what’s coming. It’s a set sequence that tips its hat to Ashatanga, the tradition that shaped today’s vinyasa styles.  You’ll move through a set series, helping you track your growth, refine alignment, and deepen your connection to your breath.  Think of it like your favorite playlist – familiar, but somehow you feel something new every time.

Slow Flow

Slow-paced, room temperature

A moving meditation that flows smooth and slow.  With a full diaphragmatic breath pace and intentional transitions, this class promotes breath awareness and really helps you get into your body, leaving you in a state that is grounded and mindful.  Great for both getting ready to start your day and winding down, this slow flow will help you find a flow state for wherever you’re at.

Yin

Stillness, room temperature

A quiet, introspective practice where floor-based poses are held for longer periods to target deeper connective tissues by applying moderate, static stress over extended durations rather than rhythmic movement. Yin encourages stillness, flexibility, and inner reflection. It’s perfect for injury prevention, a counterbalance to a busy lifestyle, and for recovery day. Walk in with tension, float out like a cloud.

Restorative

Stillness, room temperature

The yoga nap you didn’t know you needed. A deeply relaxing class using cozy props to fully support the body in gentle poses. With long holds and guided breath, this practice activates the body’s “rest and digest” response, can help reduce stress, and restores balance in your nervous system. Ideal for recovery, anxiety relief, and deep rest. This class is pure yoga comfort food.

Journey to the Heart

Very slow-paced, room temperature

Part yin.  Part restorative.  Part soundscape.  All vibes.  This immersive experience layers long, grounding stretches with deeply supported rest, then drops you into yoga nidra — a guided meditation that feels like a lucid dream.  All the while, live sound vibrations surround you, pulling you deeper into the journey.  Equal parts reset, recharge, and soul-expansion.

Heart Beats Flow

Fast-paced, room temperature

Heart Beats Flow is a yoga party for the body and the soul.  Think juicy flows, dance breakdowns, and big smiles — all fueled by a live DJ soundtrack.  More than a class, it’s a community experience that brings out the joy in the practice and inspires you to let loose and let go.  Come ready to dance and have fun with your fellow yogis.

Listen to Your Heart

Stillness, room temperature

Here, breath and sound are used as tools to help you quiet the mind, connect with your heart and meet whatever may be here for you.  Warning: this is not a chill sound bath, but a 75-minute meditation that will challenge you, but also reward you, often with insight, clarity, and deep rest.  Make it your weekly gift to yourself, every Tuesday night.
